Your New Home Journey: Simple & Exciting!

Buying and building your home is an exciting journey! We have broken it down into two clear phases to make it simple and stress-free for you.

Phase 1: Dream it.

1. Meet & Plan

  • We get to know your lifestyle, budget, and ideal location.
  • You complete a quick questionnaire to help us tailor your options.
  • We take you on a display home walk-through and explain the next steps.

2. Choosing Your Home & Financing

  • We present home and land options that match your needs.
  • You secure your package with a $2,000 holding deposit and personalize your home!
  • Our finance specialist helps you understand mortgage options, grants, and pre-approval.

3. Contracts, Deposit and Personalising your home

  • We review and sign your land and build contracts together.
  • You complete the 5% deposit to finalise your price and construction timeline.
  • You finalize the interior and exterior selections (unless already from pre-designed options at contract signing).
Once done, we’re all set to start building!

Phase 2: Build it.

1. Preparing & Starting Construction

  • We handle permits and site preparation, then give you a detailed construction timeline.

2. Build Progress

Your home is built in five key stages:

  • Base – Foundation is laid
  • Frame – Structure goes up
  • Lock-Up – Walls, windows & doors installed
  • Fixing – Interior finishes & fittings completed
  • Completion – Final touches before move-in

You’ll receive regular updates and can visit the site at key points.

3. Final Inspection & Handover & Post-Build Support

  • We conduct a quality check and a final walkthrough.
  • You receive your keys and welcome pack — your home is ready to move in!
  • Our team remains available for any post-build support. Our post-build support ensures any issues are quickly addressed, and we check in after 6 months to ensure you’re happy.
